Poco is an awesome female that came to us from the Taylor Ranch. Sired by a male we highly admire, Rebaño Escondido Pacifico, Poco is loaded with presence. Dan Goodyear from Berry Acres delivered Poco to us with Dutchess, and he commented on what a big beautiful girl she was and that we made a great selection. Her parents are imports from Chile in the area where Argentine-type llamas are found. And she definitely has the Argentine phenotype. Her bone is very big, and she is even larger than some of our male llamas. Yet she looks very feminine. She is very sweet, and we can scratch her back or halter (or even hug) her right in the field. Poco is bred to Scaramooch and is due in October 2004.
